In my opinion, I love that you are using hyperledger, and your project I think makes sense. My only concern is of course bad data, but this could be sorted out by AI in some ways. There are tons of data companies in the USA, where people use this service to buy generic data where the buyer thinks the data is accurate but it’s not. In fact the buyer of the data doesn’t read the terms of service agreement where it says “this data may not be accurate”. So maybe I overlooked this in the white paper, but how do you plan on preventing garbage data? *Please see my profile for disclosures

Appears to be a capable team. They are not the first players to the table however they are dealing in a market that has hundreds of millions of participants and the adoption rate curve will be flatter for this segment than other areas. They also have a working product which is a positive. This is not financial advice or a recommendation to invest in this or any other ICO. Tokenomics seem to be weak as the Founder share is significant as compared to other peer projects in this space. This space is highly competitive and team would require a very strong marketing plan to penetrate. Currently too, almost every company conducts a background check of the candidate it hires, though through a different channel. Utilization of Hyperledger though is interesting and a promising move but in my opinion, using this solution will still take few years.

I see tremendous and obvious similarities with other initiatives in the crypto space, not only in the project concept but also in the performance, the ICO structure and services. I would like to have seen an innovative approach to the HR and recruitment industry, taking into account the enormous potential of the blockchain technology for real and current people needs. Good team but not much experienced blockchain technologists! Poor whitepaper - doesn't contain much info financial and that can be helpful for investors. Why jobseekers care about blockchain!! Had similar ICOs in past which failed and couldn't keep up-to the market!

I am sorry but this ICO looks so suspicious, i do not see any value in it, specially the team looks not so into the blockchain. Also too much money asked in the hardcap, why you need all this money? Also being located in the Cayman Islands, it means totally the board members are anonymous. Which raises also another red flag, i do not see that this Token will have any value now nor in the future.
