- Create a unified standard of data storage and reputation of people
- Give people an opportunity to control the data in one place and receive a reward when selling the information.
- To extend the development of blockchain technology by solving such applied tasks as hiring employees, checking information about candidates, storing the most important information in the blockchain (certificates, diplomas, and other documents).

UPDATE: while doing updates earlier this wee I by accident changed my rating for this project. I have ammended the rating to reflect additional informations. sorry for the mistake however: I do not see this as having any end user appeal as the candidate or recruiter.

Received message in LinkedIn from you: why you rated our project so low? We already have product, here is a link. Just because I didn't find any "decentralized platfrom for recruitment". Just ordinary php website (as far as I know php itself also is good, but slightly outdated tech). There is no AI or smart contracts (may be I didn't search them properly). Also I have a question - you said that (citation): "Employee search via smart contracts helps companies to reduce 'cost per hire.'" Smart contract is a "search engine"? As far as I know no! Smart contract is code that make trustless execution for some deal under appearing some conditions. What you mean here? Please, give detailed answer, because at the moment I can't rate you project higher due to objective reasons

I like this and the way the token sael works makes a lot of sense. Being someone who has done a lot fo recruiting as an employer and got fed up with the traditional agencies and fee structures, I think this is very good. In recruitment, trust is very important and I think this goes quite a way to bring more trist into the process

Large team. They need to find a way to differentiate themselves from others coming in the space and existing competitors.

Strong advisory board and large team that covers pretty much all areas. Vision is good, although there needs to be a lot of motivation for users to apply the model and to really stand out in this space.

Definitely an industry ripe for disruption and reducing intermediary cost. Looks good.

Anyone can become a middleman or 'recruiter' now? Is this what we are trying to get rid of with decentralization and distributed technologies? Headhunting is a parasitic trade that belongs in the past. The voting reminds me of Eurovision.

kyc verification done, strong team. Working Alpha version is there and they seem to have a clear vision on the goal they want to achieve. Human resources can surely use an upgraded version on the blockchain

aWorker has a fairly decent ICO team in place with a background in startups and technology. Its advisory board team is strong with a diverse and knowledgeable background in many different areas. Its ICO token metrics are fairly strong as well but have some questions such as pegging its raise to Ethereum. Its core project is a great use for the Blockchain and can solve a major industry problem. Its business strategy is fairly straightforward but will require many connections and relationships among other factors to success. Its Social Media and marketing campaign could stand to be a bit stronger than it currently is as well.

A solid, committed and communicative team with a strong knowledge in job recruitment and skills/competences development field. Well balance group of Advisors, covering all aspects related to ICOs management and promotion, as well as, fast companies involvement in ICO early stages. Very good blockchain application approach to a real people needs, with a volume of global labor market of 429$ billion. Final product for Employees and Employers beta version already available.

Aworker will replace the middleman in recruitment with smart contracts. A lot of money to be saved for companies normally hiring recruitment agencies. Candidates on the other hand can earn the WORK token. Brilliant idea. Could be nice to see ICOs using Aworker instead of LinkedIn on their website and see the decentralized ecosystem grow.

In my opinion, I have updated the rating (rating is now higher) based on the recent communication and updates. Good luck with the project. *Please see my profile for disclosures In my opinion it appears you can’t take constructive criticism, and there is no need to be so defensive, this is a poor sign that you won’t listen to anyones opinion regardless if you agree or not. With regards to page 41, you made a statement, not a rule. If you meant it as a rule, then I would suggest changing the verbiage in your white paper to reflect this. Again, this is supposed to be about constructive feedback, but you are too defensive and then you turn offensive. Is this how you would speak to an investor, your advisor or to clients? Not every feedback will be what you like, after all isn’t this why you are on icobench in the first place? To hear the good and bad? Getting back to page 41, my suggestion is then to present your white paper better, and take some constructive criticism and would suggest not to make such odious remarks. Due to this, I have changed my rating, and made sure I could do this first prior to dropping the rating. I am willing to review my rating again. *Please see my profile for disclosures In my opinion, I think this is something that will be hard to implement. I think you missed training costs for each company, but that’s neither here nor there because I’m not a fan of this project. I think a lot of assumptions were made that have no supporting evidence or at least I’m not certain since the references aren’t labelled. I think there is the assumption that this product is needed and I question if it is. Page 41. “Everyone needs a job” Page 41 question isn’t true, not everyone needs a job, I’ve had clients that are trust fund kids and they clearly don’t need a job. Also to grade someone that has passed a certain skill is questionable and judgemental unless it is a license or something of that nature. Page 19 example would have a very hard time working in the USA. Unlike what some people believe, freedom of speech has its limitations and not all data on someone is accurate, regardless of the source. There Are privacy acts when it comes to work, libel could happen and I think it would be a big mess here in the USA and other countries. *Please see my profile for disclosures

The first thing that people in recruitment complain of is the need for flexible systems to use. The fact that human capital is very unpredictable ensures this kind of an outlook. Hopefully Aworker would be able to solve these problems. Great team, wish them luck.

Good vision and interesting product. However, this is not a new approach and it must be very competitive as there are many players out there. How to differentiate from others? I know many players either or not using blockchain are rewarding referrals for their recommendations so you need to position yourself to make it unique and attractive to investors.

Solid team. Good social media channels. Similar concepts struggling to keep up the market after the ICO! MVP is very simple web based template! After signup, Password came as a plain text in my email so I doubt about the details taken care of! Doubt that Blockchain is required to implement the concept - I can see token incentivise can only be good use case. Confused with the tag line in the white-paper "Multi-Chain Data Protocol" and on icobench profile "Decentralized Platform for Recruitment Industry"

I like the idea behind this project because there are a lot of problems in HR right now and Blockchain can improve it. The main issue is the competition with LinkedIn. I think that p2p hiring will help this industry finally become up-to-date.

Team is strong and vision is timely. What this project needs is detailed planning of implementation as the market is highly competitive. If adapted widely, intermediary fees will be lopped off the cost of hiring and workers will directly benefit from the system.

I know from my own experience that companies are more than happy to outsource the recruitment process to professionals. They want to rest assure that the selection of the candidates will be the optimal. It will be really hard from them to start counting on individuals for the recruitment process. I am saying that because the description says “everyone can be become a recruiter now and get rewards for their recommendations”. Is it so? Now don’t get me wrong I want the candidate selection process to be unbiased and cost effective. I am just saying that it might take some time from companies to start operating this way. And this might be in 10 years.

Good use of blockchain. Definitely a problem worth solving. Smart gamification of the platform. Well laid out. Attainable, justifiable caps. Will keep an eye on this one. Seems solid. Good luck!

Interesting project powered by blockchain. Smart contracts are natural shift for this industry but most importantly, its important that the application/platform is user friendly and make budget sense for companies to adopt. This is not financial advice or a recommendation to invest in this or any other ICO. Investors must perform their own due diligence and not rely on external ratings to make their final investment decisions. ICOs are risky and 100% loss of capital is possible.

This is a highly commercial framework. I can see this being used widely if the team can focus on getting the precise use case of a p2p marketplace. Good team going forward

A very interesting concept, Great team and experienced Advisory board. KYC Complete too. I really love this project and wish them to get the proper success. A good vision is in place as well. Have MVP and it's online. Best of luck for team and concept.

I can see this used widely if team can deliver on roadmap. This is very nice commercial framework. I like this and the way the token works makes a lot of sense. I support this project, but this market is fierce competition. I think the white paper of the project is well calculated, but I could not find an overwhelming and clear differentiation. It seems the team does not have a familiar developer in the block chain. Advisors have experts, but I value core members. MVP not found. Japanese translation is quite strange.

Aworker may have a small team, but the vision and approach seems apt for the task. The team is strong but they need a USP to stand out from the competition. The tokenization makes sense. The project has made good use of the blockchain technology.

Aworker Use-case is intriguing, exploring GDPR guidelines and ensuring that the benefits of the so called "disruptive technology" Blockchain ecosystem is utilized with decentralization of data storage and retrieval which can be optimized for different applications is a Project i would love to see advance. Based on my years of experience and relevancy to the Projects use-case, i hope the team pulls this off. Good luck

I can see blockchain being implemented for industries such as this, a trustless network for peer reviews and authentication and verification. Adoption or go to market strategies need to be clearer on how the team plans to go about the execution post product development
